According to Turtle Bay their brand is about:
celebrating the lively, colourful, soulful and, above all, delicious experiences that the Caribbean has to offer – from rich and explosive flavours to laid back ‘liming’ – relaxing and enjoying food, drink, conversation and laughter with friends.
Food is at the heart of the Turtle Bay experience – just as it’s central to the heart and soul of Caribbean culture. An eclectic cuisine that is influenced by a rich tapestry of ethnicities, the food at Turtle Bay offers a vast choice of bold flavours and rustic dishes, all inspired by the laid back, social outlook of the Caribbean. The menu is meticulously researched and lovingly created.”

Dishes are brimming with spicy hues and bursting with fresh, vibrant flavours. Turtle Bay’s signature dishes include their famous jerk chicken and curry goat, but there is plenty for all palettes to choose from including a new burger menu, salad selection and a great collection of dishes for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free diners.
The menu includes ‘Cutters’ (inspired by Beach Shacks and Street Hawkers of the Caribbean Islands – perfect for sharing over cocktails); the Jerk BBQ Pit dishes including Mo’ Bay Chicken, Jerk Sirloin Steak and Jerk Lamb; Curry One Pots (rich, slowly simmered and unique Caribbean curries) and a fabulous Lunch menu.
Fuss free soul food
They describe their food as:
Fuss-free soul food for individuals that love, and live, to eat!”
The bar offers a menu of more than 40 Caribbean rums to choose from, all used to create a tropical cocktail list that according to Turtle Bay is:
…as cool and credible as you’d expect from a culture that brought us, Bob Marley. It’s a must for cocktail lovers and rum enthusiasts all week long.”
